Crispy Onion Rings


* Large Onions – 3

* Maida – 1/2 cup

* Cornflour – 1/4 cup

* Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp

* Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp

* Bread crumbs – 2 cups

* Salt to taste

* Oil for frying

How to make

Peel the onions and cut them into slices. Separate rings and keep aside. Heat oil and keep it ready. In a large bowl add maida, corn flour, sal, chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix them altogether. add some water and continue to mix the batter. Add onion rings and flip them overuntill they are well coated. Then coat the rings in bread crumbs and slip them into the hot oil gently. Let them fry till the colour turns into golden brown. Then remove them onto a paper towel.
