Beetroot Raita

Ingredients

* Beetroots – 1

* Curd – 2 cups

* Shredded coconut – 1/4 cup

* Green chillies – 2

* Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp

* Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp

* Sugar – 1 tbsp

* Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp

* Chopped mint – 2 tbsp

* Oil – 1 tbsp

* salt 0 1/2 tbsp

How to make

Shred beetroot. Whisk the curd. Mix two well. Slightly roast the coconut and mix with curd. Then mix coconut, mint, coriander, cardmom, sugar and salt. Heat oil, add green chillies and mustard. Mix this tadka with curd and mix well.
