Paneer Tikka


Paneer cubes – 250g

Besan – 1 cup

Green capsicums – 2

Tomatoes – 2

Curd – 5 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp

Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp

Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

Chaat masala – 1 tbsp

Oil – 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

How to make

Take a bowl, add curd, besan, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, oil, salt, chilli powder and turmeric. Then add paneer, capsicum and tomato pieces, Marinate well and keep in refrigerator for one hour.  Pre heat oven at 200 degrees for five minutes. Prepare baking tray with aluminium foil. Then insert the marinated paneer cubes and vegetables in the skewers. Now grill for few minutes. If paneer done remove from oven. Then roast paneer and vegetables with some drops of oil. Now transfer them to a plate, sprinkle chat masala and lemon juice.
