Prawn Fried Rice

Ingredients

* Cooked long grain rice – 2 cups

* Prawns – 10

* Egg (beaten) – 1

* Green peas – 3 tbsp

* Sliced spring onions – 2 tbsp

* Soya sauce – 1 tbsp

* White pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp

* Salt – 1 tbsp

* Oil – 2 tbsp

How to make

Heat oil and pour beaten egg. Stir constantly. When egg has cooked add peas and prawns. Stir for a minute, then add boiled rice and fry for five minutes. Then add spring onions, salt, pepper powder, soya sauce and fry for another five minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot.
