Sabudana Vada
Ingredients
Sabudana – 2 cups
Potato – 1
Onion – 1
Green chillies – 2
Crushed peanuts – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil
How to make
Boil potato and mash it. In a bowl, Put sabudana, chopped onions, chopped chillies, potato paste and salt. Mix well and make small size patties. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with green chutney or ginger chutney.
