After massive success of Bahubali, Rana Daggubati has been choosing his projects carefully. He made a grand entry in 2017 with bahubali: the conclusion and then highly impressed with Nene Raju Nene Mantri, which was released in Malayalam and Tamil along with Telugu. His next project is also a trilingual film inspired by Late Rajesh Khanna starrer Haathi mere Saathi. Eros International’s Trinity Pictures announced this project will be a tribute to the old classic and will on the floors in January next year. It will be shot in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil under the direction of Prabhu Solomon. Talking about the film Rana said, “There’s a very exciting physical language to the character i’m playing, something entirely different from what I’ve done in the past. I’ve always wanted to be a part of content that can travel across the country and am very happy that Trinity is backing cinema of this genre”. The shooting will commence in Thailand and then travel to various locations across India and the film is expected to release on Diwali 2018.
