Fish Fingers


Boneless Fish – 250 gm

Bread Crumbs – 1/2 Cup

Maida – 4 Spoons

Pepper Powder – 1/2 Spoon

Vinegar – 2 Spoons

Egg – 1

Salt to taste

Oil to shallow fry


How To Make:

Beat the egg and keep aside. Wash and cut the fish into finger sized pieces. Remove the excess moisture with a cloth or paper towel. Make a paste with maida, vinegar, pepper and salt. Marinate fish pieces with this mixture and keep aside for one hour. Heat oil in a frying pan. Dip the fish pieces in egg yolk and coat them with bread crumbs. Fry them till golden brown and serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
